Therefore, we start preparing the best chicken wraps by marinating chicken thighs with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. After resting them in the marinate sauce, we fry them on a pan for each side. The chicken thighs are left to rest for about 5 minutes, and afterward, the chicken meat is sliced for the chicken wrap. These slices are served between a flatbread (lavash) with lettuce, tomato, onion, and tzatziki.
