Description
The Journey to the Meat World
The journey of the meat to become a delicious meal in a beef wrap starts in a large shallow dish. The steak is marinated with olive oil, vinegar, parsley, salt, and pepper on both sides and needs to be left in the sauce for about 5 minutes. After draining the marinade from the steak, our cook places it on the preheated grill and cooks each side for about 2 minutes or as much as your liking. Thick juicy slices of meat are cut from the rested steak. Lastly, these slices are served between a wrap along with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, tzatziki, and feta cheese.
Although beef wraps resemble gyros and gyro sandwiches, they differ in the red meat they serve. While gyros contain thin strips of roasted meat, beef wraps offer the exclusive taste of thick meat slices.
