To please you as our guests, we serve yaprak sarma as well by using the best sarma recipe. We get the young and fresh grape leaves and preserve them in cans until we use them. We take them out when needed and rinse them one by one.
Afterward, we start preparing the rice pilaf by cooking it in a pan with parsley, mint, pepper, and salt. Before it gets cooked, we take them to cool and start stuffing them between the grape leaves. Then, the grape leaf is rolled and placed inside a pot. The leaves and the rice pilaf boil and cook together. Finally, we serve the sarma as chilled and with olive oil.
